Appliqué is a French word, meaning to apply or to decorate (a garment or larger piece of fabric) with other pieces of fabric to form pictures or patterns.
I find myself relating to this fashion term the most for the reason that, I use this method in all my doings. I try to create something entirely new out of simple things and I find joy in it.
